Data controller

The data controller is the company operating this site, identified on the “Legal notice” page. Any request about your data can be sent to it by email or by post to its registered office.

Data we collect

• Booking: name, email address, phone number, date, time, number of guests and any note you add.
• Contact form: name, email address, phone (optional), subject and message.
• Browsing: cookies strictly necessary for the site to work, and — only after you agree — the cookies set by the embedded Google Maps map.

Purposes and legal basis

• Managing and confirming your booking — pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Answering your message — the restaurant’s legitimate interest in handling enquiries addressed to it (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Keeping the site running and secure — legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Displaying the Google Maps map — your consent, withdrawable at any time (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible to the restaurant team and to its technical provider, which hosts the site and the booking platform in France (OVHcloud, Roubaix). It is never sold, rented or passed on for advertising. No transfer outside the European Union takes place, apart from the Google Maps cookies if you accept them.

Retention period

• Bookings: 3 years from the last contact.
• Messages sent through the contact form: 3 years from the last contact.
• Cookie consent: 6 months, after which the banner is shown again.
• Server technical logs: 12 months at most.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to set instructions for what happens to it after your death. To exercise those rights, write to the address below; you will receive an answer within one month.

If the answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris — cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics trackers. Only strictly necessary cookies are set (your language choice and your answer to the banner) plus, if you accept them, those of the Google Maps map. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the “Cookies” link in the footer.

Contact us

No data protection officer has been appointed: the business carries out neither large-scale systematic monitoring nor processing of sensitive data. Requests about personal data are handled directly by management, at the contact address published on this site and repeated in the legal notice.
